Merchants Corner, Newton Abbot
We were involved in the construction of these apartments.
The site was a former coal yard.
We were tasked with the masonry feature cladding using the limestone salvaged from the site demolitions.
Contract value: £28,000.
New Photo Studio, Wilmington
A new photo studio for Mr David Bailey, the well-known photographer.
This consisted of a mix of Mill Hill slate and a Granite stone from Cornwall.
The door and window surrounds were made from granite reclaimed from site limestone salvaged from the site demolitions.
Contract value: £37,000.

The Thatch, Dartmouth
This was a challenging project on the edge of the sea in Dartmouth.
It involved us using a slate stone from Mill Hill quarries and a red sandstone from Willington.
Contract value: £27,000
The Walled Garden, Highweek
We constructed the stonework on this large modern dwelling using all reclaimed Limestone that had been salvaged from the demolitions.

New Village Hall, Stokeinteignhead
A new village hall in the heart of Stokeinteignhead.
This involved a sandstone from Willington for the external cladding including flame finished window jambs and lintels.
Contract value: £35,000
Peak Hill, Sidmouth
Collection of new build houses nestled on the edge of Sidmouth golf course.
Constructed using a blue/buff Purbec limestone from Dorset.
Contract value: £37,000.
